the boys & i made a quick trip to 3 new states (cooper is keeping track). i rented a car & by the grace of god navigated from new jersey through new york (including new york city), connecticut, rhode island, & massachusetts. it was intense. and amazing. the boys were troopers, the gps was a lifesaver, & the scenery was to die for. i loved it. i wish i could have spent a week just enjoying the beauty of cape cod. ok, more like a lifetime. it is breathtaking. i'm thinking i'd like to retire there.
