recently, i had the amazing experience to be a bridesmaid for my bestie, mrs. harkirat nelson. the weddings were beyond beautiful, the bride was the picture of perfection, & the food was delish. this matrimonial experience was especially amusing for a cultural enthusiast such as myself. why? because the lovely mrs. nelson is indian & despite spending the majority of my life in a city with a rather high indian population, this was my first full-on indian experience. i got to wear a sari & bangles, eat naan & dal, & dance bollywood style. i loved every minute of it. many congrats to greg & harkirat.
