nursery.

it's official. t.j. is growing way too quickly. i am so not okay with this. even though he will shortly earn the title of big brother. this past sunday he went to his first nursery class (the class at church for 18 month-3 year olds.) do you want to know the worst part, he went straight for the toys & didn't even look back. what happened to my mommy's boy? he is so independent, it literally breaks my heart. he played his little heart out. he quickly clung onto a baseball/basketball/football contraption which he refused to share (where that came from i have no clue. he usually has no problem sharing). he was quite the ladies man.  he he shared hugs with three little gals. luckily, i decided to stick around to make sure he didn't change his mind. after an hour of play it was time for music/snacks/lesson/coloring. and he was not a fan. well, he loved the eating part, not so much the sit down & listen part. all-in-all, it was a awfully successful first day.
