happy halloween, folks. i hope you all had a tremendous time tricking & treating. we sure did. coop loved all the "smooty" (spooky) houses. he insisted on being a mummy. since all the costumes i could find were rather crummy i opted to try my hand at making a costume. with the guidance of martha & my lovely sister alyssa i was able to accomplish coop's dream outfit. t.j. just had to be a vampire. he grew his vampire teeth before his two front teeth so his costume choice was more than a little obvious. again, all the vampire costumes were corny. so i opted to make my own. i don't know if i'll be making costumes, again, but it's nice to say i tried it. the boys had fun trick or treating but their favorite part was passing out candy.
other halloween highlights for my little men included:
.multiple trips to multiple pumpkin patches
.picking out pumpkins
.coop's preschool halloween carnival
.our church's halloween festival
.halloween playdates
.decorating the house
.making halloween treats & crafts
